Robyn is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for both fitness and nutrition. Her cardiovascular exercise of choice is running, but she loves a good challenge and is willing to try most anything.. at least once, that is. From a very early age, she had been drawn to both physical fitness, nutrition, and the intersections both share with mental health. As someone who has struggled with bouts of both anxiety and depression, maintaining physical activity and fitness was at times one of the only activities that consistently kept her going.
She thoroughly believes that having a positive physical outlook requires a positive mental outlook and vice versa. You cannot achieve any of your goals if your body is slowing down your mind or your mind is slowing down your body. Maintaining physical fitness and a healthy relationship with your food actually goes a long way in keeping your mind in tip-top-shape as well!
