- Initial Consultation
First, we will start by gathering information about your health history, recommendations from your physician, physical therapist, and register dietitian, evaluate your goals, and begin to create a workout and nutritional plan to help you meet them. This will be in the form of a phone call, facetime, or a skype call.
- Weekly Workouts
Based on your goals and progress, you will receive workouts at the beginning of each week you are in the program. Workouts will be personalized and based on the equipment you have readily available. Modifications will be given if necessary and online exercise demonstrations will be provided to you as reference materials as well.
- Nutritional Coaching
After the initial consultation, you will be asked to keep and share a food log with us. This food log you record will detail any and everything you eat. We will monitor that to help you ensure you’re meeting your nutritional goals, but will also provide easy to implement recommendations and healthy swaps based on what we know about your nutritional likes and environment.
- Daily Check-Ins for Program Adherence
Every day, we will check in with you to ensure you are making appropriate progress toward your goals. No need to get scared, though, we understand that sometimes we all fall off the wagon of healthy living and eating. This is mostly to encourage you and motivate you to stay the course and remind you that we are here to support you even when you feel like you can’t support yourself. Check-ins will generally occur each day at a time you prefer and believe will best encourage you to continue working toward your goals. These will be messenger, email, or text-based check-ins. Whichever you prefer.
