  • Personalized Workout Plans

After an initial consultation and a small assessment (depending on the client’s comfortability), we’ll work with you to create and finalize a workout plan that fits within your lifestyle, your interests, your goals, and your schedule. No more guesswork! We’ll take care of everything!

  • Nutritional Coaching

We’ll analyze your nutritional habits based on the United States Department of Agriculture, ChooseMyPlate.gov, nutritional guidelines. We’ll work with you to add new “good” habits when it comes to nutrition and mitigate certain “bad” habits by helping you understand where the habit truly originates.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Coaching

We will apply cognitive behavioral coaching techniques to help our clients understand where certain behaviors and feelings originate that may be obstructing the client’s ability to reach his or her fitness and nutritional goals.

  • Goal-Setting and Measurement

We will work with our clients to establish goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) in order to best measure and achieve the results our clients desire. We will hold periodic assessments (at client’s comfort and request) in order to further demonstrate fitness and nutritional progression.

  • Accountability

Not only will we be available to hold you accountable to the pursuit of your fitness and nutritional goals, we will also teach you several techniques that fit into your lifestyle to hold yourself accountable as well in order to maximize your results further.

Rates: $50/60 minute session
